A four-day public-road journey from Utsunomiya through central Nikkō and Aizu-Wakamatsu to confirmed-open Ōuchi-juku access. Oku-Nikkō, Irohazaka, winter driving, festivals, ropeways, temple ceremonies and provider activities require separate current-condition plans.
