An eight-day dry-season road loop through Cairns, Port Douglas, the Daintree ferry and Cape Tribulation, three distinct public-road days on the Atherton Tablelands, Mission Beach and the return to Cairns. The Great Barrier Reef remains a separately booked marine operator day: the road planner does not invent a boat, reef permit, safe weather window or wildlife encounter.
