A compact Bicol circuit pairs Cagsawa and Daraga’s Mayon heritage with one regulated Donsol whale-shark search. Mayon is viewed only from open public sites outside the Permanent Danger Zone; volcano visibility and wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.
