Explore Tuxtla's civic streets and gardens, look into Sumidero Canyon from its land viewpoints, then spend time among San Cristóbal's heritage, markets and museums before returning to Tuxtla. The five-day car loop uses the toll-road corridor in daylight. Recheck security and park access; the eastbound Highway 199 section toward Palenque is excluded, and a canyon boat trip is a separate choice.
