Europe's youngest country runs on espresso and hospitality: Pristina's optimistic jumble, the medieval Patriarchate under Rugova's canyon walls, and Prizren, stone bridge, minarets and fortress sunset, the Balkans' prettiest small city that almost nobody has seen.
