Drive from Sarajevo's bazaar through Konjic's stone bridge and Mostar's riverside old town, then continue to Blagaj's spring and Trebinje. Five days give each town and river stop room to breathe. Rafting, caves, wineries and visits inside historic buildings can be arranged separately.
