Travel with an arranged driver from Hue's imperial city north to Phong Nha for its public boat-and-cave visit, then turn south for Da Nang's Cham Museum and Hoi An's old-town streets. Royal history, limestone scenery and riverside walks make this a varied journey. Check cave opening for your dates, especially in high water; expedition caves are separate outings.
