The Garden Route is an easy, green drive squeezed between mountains and the Indian Ocean. Whales breach off Hermanus, treetop walkways cross Tsitsikamma's forest, and Knysna's lagoon serves the oysters. Daredevils get Bloukrans Bridge: the world's highest bridge bungee.
