A seven-day warm-season public-road loop from Sapporo through Otaru, Furano, Biei and Asahikawa to confirmed-open public access at Noboribetsu and Lake Tōya. Winter driving, farm admissions, onsen, ropeways, cruises, wildlife encounters and guided activities require separate conditions and bookings.
