Confirm the official four-kilometre path is suitable for the party and open in the actual weather, park in Funningur as directed, allow at least 1 hour 20 minutes plus margin, and arrange the return car or bus. Use the village-only fallback when the path is unsuitable.

Confirm the National Museum and National Gallery for the chosen day. Christianskirkjan is closed to ordinary visitors during its 2026 renovation, so this route includes only an exterior town orientation unless the church itself publishes a reopening.
