Bohemia's golden west: out of Prague to the UNESCO spa towns where Goethe, Beethoven and half of Europe's aristocracy took the waters under wedding-cake colonnades. Sip the hot springs from a porcelain spout, then finish in Plzeň, where lager was invented in 1842 and the cellar tour ends with the world's freshest pour.
