Zadar’s seafront, Šibenik’s cathedral and Split’s Roman palace lead through Hvar and Makarska to Dubrovnik on this six- or eight-day coastal drive. The same car crosses to and from Hvar on separately reserved vehicle ferries. Confirm guided access to Grapčeva Cave and Dubrovnik’s wall admission; beach swimming depends on current conditions.
